Moose Toys will create new micro figures, plush toys and more based on the popular mobile game.

Moose Toys announced that it has a new toy line based on the Disney Crossy Road hit mobile game. Among the new Disney Crossy Road merchandise, Moose Toys will create micro figures, plush toys, and backpack hangers based on this popular franchise.

Disney Crossy Road was actually created with a partnership with Hipster Whale, a leading game studio in Melbourne. The game features 8-bit styled character designs of classic Disney characters, such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Woody, and Buzz Lightyear. These characters need to cross an endless road, which is reminiscent of classic Frogger-style gameplay from the golden era of the Atari days. Disney Crossy Road launched last year and it has been downloaded by 31 million players around the world.

Reportedly, Moose Toys will begin with collectible micro figures, plush toys, and backpack hangers. Disney and Pixar characters from the app will be included in this collection. So expect to see some of fans most beloved characters, such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Donald Duck, Simba, and much more. Fans can expect the new toy line to hit retail store shelves beginning April 2017.
