Crotia will be getting its own version of the popular board game, Monopoly.
Monopoly, the iconic board game, will be officially making its way to Croatia, a European nation. Croatia will be receiving the license for the popular board game and this version will include locations and cultural icons from Croatia.
An interesting thing Hasbro is doing is that they are inviting Croatian citizens to recommend buildings, monuments, and cultural icons that should make their way into the Croatian version of Monopoly. Over the course of the next four weeks, entries will be taken on the official Facebook page and via e-mail.
The new Croatian version of Monopoly, the fast-dealing property trading game, is slated to be on store shelves by July 2017.
Monopoly was first published in 1935 and has become one of the most popular board games around the world. The game has been released in over 103 different countries across the world and it is available in over 37 unique languages. Croatia can now welcome the iconic board game to their nation.
