VTech launched two new products – a new smartwatch and action cam.
VTech recently released the Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2, the successor to the original Kidizoom Smartwatch, and the Kidizoom Action Cam 180, the successor to the Kidizoom Action Cam.
The Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2 features an updated slick design. The DX2 allows kids ages four and older to read the time, capture pictures and videos, engage in fun games and more. The cameras are designed to snap selfies or even take action videos. One of the coolest games, Monster Detector, uses augmented reality and creates a Pokemon Go like experience where you have to catch monsters in real life that will delight and engage kids. The watch also features a motion sensor and pedometer. If it’s anything like Pokemon Go it should be a blast. The Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2 retails for about $59.99.
VTech’s Kidizoom Action Cam 180 is the latest action cam for kids. The camera features a camera that rotates up to 180 degrees to capture all the action. Like the previous edition, it can easily be mounted onto a bike or skateboard for some awesome action shots. The camera is capable of shooting regular photos as well as selfies. A cool feature is that you can capture video with either fast or slow motion effects for added impact in your story-telling adventures. The Action Cam 180 is water-resistant to six feet so you can go on fun explorations with it attached. Get ready for some splish splash fun! The great thing is not only does it shoot video and pictures, but it also allows kids to play three different games. Designed for kids 4 and older, the Kidizoom Action Cam 180 retails for $49.99.
Both of these products are available now at your favorite retailers.
